Initial Consultation
Your initial appointment is important to Clifton Hill Podiatry. We find out all about you, your previous treatments and what you are looking for at Clifton Hill Podiatry.
Treatment is provided and professional advice given to alleviate problems, whether it be footwear advice or the correct cream for your skin.
This usually will be 45 minutes.
Future/Ongoing Appointments
We offer several treatment options for any future appointments required. Whether this be a biomechanical assessment for prescription orthotics, nail surgery, nail care, diabetes comprehensive annual check-up and costings will depend on your needs and discussions with Clifton Hill Podiatrists.
Costs
Initial consultations - $130.00
Rebates from private health insurance can be gained by itemised receipts provided.
Medicare Referrals (EPC)
Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) referral clients will be issued with itemised receipts to claim a rebate from Medicare. A report following assessment and treatment will be sent to the referring General Practitioner as part of the care plan agreement.
Clifton Hill Podiatry welcomes Veterans Affairs referred clients.
COVID-19 Information
At Clifton Hill Podiatry, during COVID-19 times, we practise infection control as advised by the Department of Health, Australian Podiatry Association, and our Registration Board AHPRA.
During lock down restrictions, we abide by the advice issued at these times of lock down, prioritising treatments for those clients with foot problems that can place them at risk with deferment of their treatment.
We follow advised PPE recommendations, thorough equipment and premises cleaning daily.
As COVID-19 evolves, so do our strategies in place at Clifton Hill Podiatry to protect ourselves and are clients.
